Acquisition Policy

The Library has developed subject profiles based on the major fields of study and research at KFUPM as a guide to selecting materials in different subject areas

Circulation Policy

Borrowers are responsible for the return of all items on time and in good condition.

InterLibrary Loan Policy

Interlibrary Loan is the process of sharing resources between libraries. If the KFUPM Library does not own a book, journal, or any other material needed by our primary users, the Library may obtain it from another library.

Weeding Policy

Weeding is the ongoing evaluation of the library collection with a view to removing those items, which are no longer useful to library users.

Non-KFUPM Library Users Policy

KFUPM Library is a resource center for the entire Eastern Province. It is open to all for on-site/in-house use.
